Dr. James Mitchener

Dr. Mitchener, founder of Southern Tier Family Dentistry, combines advanced dental technology with compassionate, family-centered care to provide comprehensive, aesthetic, and restorative dentistry to the Southern Tier community.

Dr. Mitchener received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, after which he completed his General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). Dr. Mitchener is particularly skilled in advanced aesthetic dentistry, offering patients a full spectrum of cosmetic services designed to enhance the natural beauty of their smiles.

Dr. Winchester Stuart

Dr. Stuart is passionate about providing top-quality care, using the latest in advanced dental techniques to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Stuart is a graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency at Erie County Medical Center. When attending dental school and residency, Dr. Stuart fell in love with the Southern Tier because of the area’s beauty and wonderful people.

Shelby Rauh, DDS Dr. Shelby Rauh, a native of the area and proud mother of two, brings a warm, compassionate approach to patient care at Southern Tier Family Dentistry, PC. A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Rauh completed her residency at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC), where she honed her skills in comprehensive dental care and developed a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health.
